<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication system for enabling an end user to execute authentication without inputting any password when each RP requests the authentication of the end user. <P>SOLUTION: This authentication device is configured to execute the authentication of a user agent who requests authentication to a service site which provides a service by using an authentication result, and provided with: a determination means for determining whether or not the user agent is able to use a token based on an authentication request in accordance with the reception of an authentication request including a user identifier from the service site; an authenticator request generation means for transmitting an authenticator request generated in accordance with the result of determination to the user agent; and an authentication means for executing the authentication of the user agent based on the authenticator and user identifier issued so as to be associated with the user agent in advance and the authenticator and user identifier received from the user agent, and for replying the authentication result to the service site. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
