BIAXIALLY ORIENTED POLYESTER FILM FOR LAMINATING CURABLE RESIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented polyester film for laminating a curable resin in which there is little heating whitening, and which is suitable for a base film which laminates a curable resin.

SOLUTION: The biaxially oriented polyester film which comprises a polyethylene terephthalate resin satisfies the following requirements (1)-(6). (1) The haze variation ▵Hz at the time of heating is less than 1.0, (2) the amount of a hydroxyl (OH) terminal is at most 70 eq/ton, (3) the cyclic trimer content is at most 0.45 mass%, (4) the thickness is 30-500 μm, (5) the plane orientation degree ΔP is 0.150-0.180, and (6) the ratio of a front to a back of the surface axis degree of orientation is 0.80-0.98.
