<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clasp in which magnetic leakage is relatively reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The clasp (1) includes a pair of pieces (13, 15) which are to be engaged with each other. Both pieces (13, 15), when being engaged, both may rotate about an axis (L) common to both pieces. Both pieces are provided with a pair of permanent magnets (17, 19) held in both pieces.
