<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device, an image display method, and an image display program capable of facilitating the correction of handwritten input information. <P>SOLUTION: The image display device includes: a touch panel 24 receiving an input operation of stroke information 48 or the like corresponding to a handwritten input; recording means 40 recording the stroke information 48 or the like input from the touch panel 24; determination means 42 determining whether or not second stroke information input from the touch panel 24 after the first stroke information recorded by the recording means 40 satisfies a predetermined condition; replacement means 44 performing a process of replacing the first stroke information with the second stroke information when the determination of the determination means 42 is affirmative.
