<p>The server (13) has a report server (11) configured/provided such that clients (1, 5) e.g. office-personal computers, and operator-workstations (2) have a real-time conditioned access to a combined process information management system (PIMS)/distributed control system (DCS) server (12) and to data stored in the PIMS/DCS server using the report server. The clients are connected with the server (13) through a data transmission device (9) and a firewall (8). The server (12) has a RAM in which a short-time read or write caches are provided.</p> |
