<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which can prevent a damage on a display module. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 1 related to an embodiment includes a body 3, a display module 4, a first reception part 25, and a second reception part 27. The body 3 has a first inner surface 11, and a second inner surface 13 opposite to the first inner surface 11. The display module 4 has a proximal part 21, which is held in the body 3 and superposed with the first inner surface 11, and a panel 22, which is opposite to the second inner surface 13 and superposed with the proximal part 21. The first reception part 25 is provided to the first inner surface 11 along the side of the display module 4, facing the side of the proximal part 21, and separated in direction of the first inner surface 11 from the side of the panel 22.
