PURPOSE: A waterway guide board is provided to guide a ship sailing during the night using the guide board with high visibility. CONSTITUTION: A support rod supports a guide plate in a waterway edge or center. A solar ray power generation apparatus is installed in the upper end of the support bar and supplies electricity to the guide plate. The guide plate is comprised of a base plate(11) and a frame(12). The base plate establishes a guidance sign. The frame is installed around the base plate. A reflective layer(13) reflects light in one surface of the base plate. A guidance displaying layer(14) is arranged on the reflective layer. A protection layer(15) is arranged on the guidance displaying layer. A light emitting device(12'5) is installed in the inner surface of the frame facing the base plate.
