PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a magnesium frame using hydroforming, capable of hydro formation of magnesium or magnesium alloy, is provided to improve the elongation ratio and moldability of magnesium material by keeping the temperature of pressurized fluids between 230~300°C. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a magnesium frame using hydroforming comprises next steps. Magnesium or magnesium alloy tube is loaded on a mold(S100). Pressure fluid is injected into the magnesium or magnesium alloy tube(S120). Pressure is added to the fluid of the magnesium or magnesium alloy tube(S140). A material tube in which molding is completed is taken out from the mold(S160). |
