PURPOSE: A method for preparing diisopropyl((1-(trityloxymethyl)-cyclopropyl)oxy)methyl phosphonate is provided to enable monitoring of reaction by HPLC having a UV detector. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing diisopropyl((1-(trityloxymethyl)-cyclopropyl)oxy)methylphosphonate compound of chemical formula 2 comprises a step of reacting a sulfonyloxymethyl phosphonate compound of chemical formula 3 and 1-trityloxymethyl-cyclopropanol compound of chemical formula 10 in a solvent of 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone(NMP), N,N-dimethylaceteamide(DMAC), or N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF).
