METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF EFFECTIVENESS OF TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH ESSENTIAL HYDERTENSION COMBINED WITH OSTEOARTHROSIS

Method for evaluation of effectiveness of treatment of patients with essential hypertension combined with osteoarthrosis includes blood investigation. Before and after treatment one studies blood serum, with determination of serum content of pro-inflammatory cytokines – factor of necrosis of new growth-α (FNN-α), interleukin-1&bgr; (IL-1&bgr;) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) and at decrease of concentrations of those after treatment to values that do not differ from norm one evaluates treatment as effective.
