A method for prognostication of relapse of auricle otitis by immunodiagnostic which comprises the immunological analysis of blood and determination of indexes of innate immunity. As prognostic criteria determined the content of γ-interferon is determined additionally in ear-wax of patients and simultaneously the activity of innate immunity (fagocytosis) in blood by absorption of latex parts, and at the level of fagocytar index <50 % and fagocytar index below 3, and γ-interferon in ear-wax < 1 pg/ml the probability of intensifying of inflammatory process is prognosed in the derma of auricle.
