PURPOSE: A language market of a cyber space is provided for many foreign language learners to have the opportunity of studying much easier and freer foreign language with reality through the stable, successive, active chatting with a native speaker in a lower price. CONSTITUTION: The foreign language learner(290) and native speaker(200) access a web site(230) by using the first, second terminal and register as the member of the web site by entering the personal data(201,291). The native speaker creates a new chatting group on the web site(202) and publicizes the chatting group to other foreign language learners through a bulletin board(203). The foreign language learner searches and finds the desired chatting group that the native speaker operates(292). Also, the foreign language learner can visit a free business market that the native speaker opens the free chatting room for consulting the foreign language learner(301,391). When the foreign language learner applies for the participation in the desired chatting group(293), the application is directly notified to the native speaker(204). The native speaker can accept or reject the application of the foreign language learner(205). When the native speaker accepts the application, an applicant pays the pre-announced participation fee(294). After finishing the participation procedures(232), the applicant can participate in an opened chatting room(206,295). The chatting room is automatically opened and closed on the web site according to the operation period, the open and close time of every day(233,234). When the operation period of the chatting group is expired, a service provider delivers the participation fee of the foreign language learner to the native speaker(207). Additionally, the foreign language learner can cancel the participation in the chatting group at any time before the expiration date of the chatting group(296).
