A method for differentiation of cyrcade rhythms of the system thyroid gland-hypophysis comprises the clinical and paraclinical researches, in particular determination of level of thyroid hormones, total triiodo-thyronine, free thyroxin and tireotropic hormone of hypophysis in 8 and a 12 o'clock of local zone time, estimation and comparison of values of results of control group and patients. Additionally in a control group direction of increase or decrease is determined and percent of change of values of studied indexes from 8 to 12 o'clock and at the increase of indexes of total triiodo-thyronine and free thyroxine and decrease of tireotropic hormone of hypophysis from 8 to 12 o'clock within the limits of 5-15 % and at absence of changes in thyroid gland and other organs the physiological cyrcade rhythm of function of the system thyroid gland-hypophysis is diagnosed. |
