A burner for combustion of gaseous fuel can be used in ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, etc. The burner has an air intake body and a gas pipe installed at its axis, closed at the outlet end, with outlet inclined openings. In the pipe, normally with respect to the axis, an air tube with smaller diameter is installed, with coaxial branch and open end. Around the gas tube a top is coaxially placed, in its cavity a combined chamber for mixing and cascade burning of fuel is arranged. It is formed with a cover with openings installed at the inlet to the top, with openings and connected with a cylindrical section with inclined openings and conical section of the top with openings. To the openings valves with bi-metal drive are built in. Inclined openings of the cylindrical section of the top and the gas tube are made with spiral knurling and are arranged in opposite positions. The burner promotes increase of intensity of mixing of gas-air mix and stability of burning and increase of reliability at operation. |
