PURPOSE: A method for texturing a substrate of an organic light emitting diode and a method for manufacturing an organic light emitting diode using the same are provided to eliminate remaining materials of an uneven part formed on a substrate, thereby enhancing an interfacial feature of a thin film formed on the uneven part. CONSTITUTION: A texturing process is performed on a substrate(110) to form an uneven part(112). A transparent electrode(120) is formed on the substrate on which the uneven par is formed. An organic material layer(130) is formed on the transparent electrode. A reflective electrode(140) is formed on the organic material layer. The reflective electrode reflects light emitted from the organic material layer.
