FIELD: information technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: in the method of determining the structure of a hybrid computer system the following is taken into account: specific acceleration ü of the duration of execution of the SIMD fragment of the program by one accelerator compared to duration of execution of that fragment by one processor, and the fraction å of the duration of execution of the MIMD fragment by one processor and the fraction 1-å of the duration of execution of the SIMD fragment by one processor relative the duration of execution of the program by one processor is also taken into account, where for the number of processors of the MIMD component is increased, and for the number of accelerators of the SIMD component is increased. ^ EFFECT: shorter duration of the computation process owing to creation of a structure which takes into account distinctive features of a specific process. ^ 4 dwg
