FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of leguminous crops and may be used for production of food products as well as feed components and seed supplements for farm animals and birds. The installation includes the following units, serially mounted: a receptacle bin, a system for source seeds transportation, a feeding bin, a device for thermal treatment of seeds, a system for thermally treated seeds transportation, a system for thermally treated seeds chilling and milling. ^ EFFECT: invention ensures improvement of the finished product consumer characteristics due to decrease of the source product "anti-nutritional" components quantity and enhancement of the source product proteins and amino acids accessibility. ^ 7 cl, 1 dwg |
