<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily establish communication without calling a fixed telephone to improve convenience in establishing communication. <P>SOLUTION: A short-range wireless communication part 101 performs short-range wireless communication by connecting to a server 200. A number holding part 102 stores a group representative number common to another communication terminal device. A notification part 104 gives notice of an incoming call when the incoming call is to the group representative number stored in the number holding part 102.
