PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of reducing the influence of a transistor characteristic variation, supplying a predetermined current even when the voltage-current characteristic of a load changes, and sufficiently increasing a signal writing speed even when a signal current is small.
SOLUTION: In a semiconductor device where a current-voltage conversion element and a transistor are connected in series, a voltage applied when a current flows through the current-voltage conversion element is detected in an amplification circuit and the amplification circuit sets a voltage between gate and source of the transistor on the basis of the voltage. Thus, because the amplification circuit has a low output impedance, a signal writing speed can be sufficiently improved even when a signal current is small.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
