<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device that controls directivity of light emitted from a light emitting element and facilitates adjustment and change of given directivity without deteriorating the efficiency of light extraction. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting device 1 of the present invention includes a substrate 2, the light emitting element 6 arranged on the substrate 2, translucent sealing resin 4 covering the light emitting element 6, and scattering structures 5 which are formed from a surface of the sealing resin 4 to an inner part and are arranged only on wall surfaces of grooves formed from the sealing resin 4 to the inner part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
