<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable pillow that can be carried on. <P>SOLUTION: The portable pillow 1 includes a pillow body 2 bent in an arch shape and a cylindrical member 3 covering the pillow body 2. The pillow body 2 is flat before it is bent, and includes a thick plate-like cushion material and a thin plate-like support plate overlapped under the cushion material. When the portable pillow 1 is transformed into a three-dimensional pillow shape, the pillow body 2 is largely bent so as to shorten the distance between the short sides of the pillow body 2 and the pillow body 2 is inserted into the cylindrical member 3. The pillow body 2 is expanded inside the cylindrical member 3 by the restoring force of the support plate. When the distance between the short sides of the pillow body 2 becomes equal to a certain value, the pillow body 2 is fixed by the cylindrical member 3 as is bent in an arch shape.
