<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear luggage compartment of vehicle that secures covering characteristic when unfolded. <P>SOLUTION: A tonneau cover 20 includes: body sections 31, 32 which are configured to move the tonneau cover 20 between an unfolded state to a stored state where the tonneau cover is folded at the outside position of the vehicle width direction near a rear opening part 2 at the inside of a trunk side panel 17 of a luggage compartment 3 when viewed from the rear of the compartment, and which are supported by a sidewall of the luggage compartment 3; and rear cover members 41, 42 which are disposed at the rear of each rear end of the body sections 31, 32 when the rear cover members are unfolded and which are folded when stored. When the tonneau cover 20 is stored, first and second rear cover members 41, 42 are folded like mountains at each rear end of the first and second rear ends 36, 37 to move a joint 35 to the outside of the vehicle width direction toward a valley fold part 33.
