摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain good temper effect without reducing work efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: When performing temper bead welding in which a hardened region (H1) generated in a mother material is annealed by welding heat when performing welding of the second layer or later, the welding speed and the amount of supply of a welding wire are made to be identical, when performing the welding of the first layer and the welding of the second layer or later. Moreover, the welding current value when performing the welding of the second layer or later is made larger than the welding current value when performing the welding of the first layer. Further, the welding current value when performing the welding of each layer is set so that the bottom of an annealing region (S1) generated by heat due to the welding of at least the second layer is made deeper than the bottom of the hardened region (H1), and that, furthermore, the annealing regions (S1-S6) generated by heat due to the welding of the second layer or later are overlapped partly in regard to the depth direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
