PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide isolated apoptosis regulating proteins or peptide fragments thereof that can elicit anti-cancer immune responses.

SOLUTION: The invention relates to proteins belonging to the Bcl-2 family and peptide fragments thereof for use in pharmaceutical compositions. The disclosed proteins and peptide fragments are in particularly useful in vaccine compositions for treatment of cancer. The invention furthermore relates to methods of treatment using the compositions. There are also provided T-cells and T-cell receptors specifically recognizing the disclosed proteins and peptide fragments.
