PURPOSE: An apparatus for reversing large intestine is provided to smash hard foreign materials remaining in large intestine and to easily remove the foreign materials. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for reversing large intestine comprises: an insertion unit which is installed on a frame and is equipped with a hollow clean pipe(110); a supply unit(140) consecutively inserts large intestine into the exterior of the clean pipe and discharges the intestine to the outside through a drain pipe; a suction unit which sucks in the large intestine that covers the outside of the clean pipe; and a vacuum tank(204) which maintains vacuum condition.
