<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RNA virus vector which is usable for gene therapy. <P>SOLUTION: The RNA virus vector is useful for gene therapy. The RNA virus vector has cell infection, autonomous RNA replication, and infiltration through contact, but has no propagation force.
