PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of metallocene catalyst is provided to overcome the restrictive reaction temperature of the existing ways, and conduct one-pot reaction through in-situ reaction, reduce the period of manufacturing by reducing unnecessary processes and save the amount of reaction solvent. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of the metallocene catalyst of the following chemical formula 6 comprises: a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 1 and n-BuLi in the presence of solvent including a non-polar good solvent and a polar poor solvent; a step of reacting the compound with the compound of chemical formula 2; a step of manufacturing ligand compound of chemical formula4 by reacting the compound with the compound of chemical formula 3; and a step of metallation by reacting the ligand compound with the compound of chemical formula 5.
