PURPOSE: An ARP(Address Resolution Protocol) packet processing method of a network switch is provided to recover an ARP cache table which a terminal receives an ARP spoofing attack. CONSTITUTION: In case the source IP address of a received packet exists in an ARP table(S8), it is confirmed that the received transmission MAC(Media Access Control) address of the received packet is included in the ARP table(S10). If so, the ARP table is updated through the transmission MAC address and the source IP address of the received packet(S11). If not, the transmission MAC address of the received packet is registered in a detection protecting table(S12). |
