PURPOSE: A PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) thermistor device which uses an electrode material plated with tin and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to use a tin plated layer which is arranged by tin-plating the surface of the electrode material, thereby uniformly distributing tin and solving existing problems. CONSTITUTION: An external terminal(110) is connected to the outside when mounting parts. Two electrodes(130) are touched with the external terminal. The electrode conducts current to a conductive polymer(120). The conductive polymer is located between the two electrodes. The conductive polymer is comprised of a crystalline polymer and a conductive filling material. A tin plating layer(135) is plated with tin on the surface of the two electrodes. |
