The tubular scaffolding, of round tubes, has units at their intersections where one tube end is joined to the other through hollow balls at each. The stub centers the ball (1) at the tube end (2) and gives a centering action when the ball diameter is larger that the tube inner diameter and the longitudinal tube axis (3) touches the ball center (4). The tube end gives a circular contact surface (5) with the ball surface, irrespective of the alignment angle. The tube is simply cut to length.
