PURPOSE: A power supply circuit, an integrated circuit device, a solid imaging device, and an electronic device are provided to obtain a long soft start period and reduce the capacitance of a capacitor by charging the capacitor with a smaller current than a reference current. CONSTITUTION: A comparison unit(11) outputs a voltage difference signal by comparing an input voltage with a reference voltage. An output voltage generator(12) generates an output voltage based on the voltage difference signal. An input voltage generator(14) generates the input voltage from the output voltage. A current output unit(15) outputs the reference current. A resistor(16) generates a reference voltage by the reference current. A capacitor(17) is connected in parallel to the resistor and is charged with the reference current.
