<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic brush obtainable by injection molding of a resin, capable of creating many variations by using different shapes, materials and colors of needle-like projections, capable of easily molding by injection molding, and in addition, capable of using a simple structured molding die. <P>SOLUTION: The cosmetic brush is composed of a large number of needle-like projections extending radially on the surface of a shaft part which are axially arranged in a vertical row.
