<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus capable of suppressing wasted energy consumption to reduce consumption power. <P>SOLUTION: A communication apparatus has; a plurality of monitoring means (counter collection parts 2-0 to 2-n and counter statistics processing parts 3-0 to 3-n) that includes line concentration means (7) carrying out aggregation to a plurality of input lines using a link aggregation function for bundling a plurality of physical lines as one logical line, and monitors the respective bands of the plurality of input lines; and sorting means (a counter summing part 4, a line control management part 5, and a line concentration management part 6) that sorts the plurality of input lines dynamically depending on the monitoring results of the band of a line by the monitoring means.
