<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve radar measurement accuracy by reliably discriminating a disturbing signal from a received signal from an original detection object even if power of a received pulse is weak. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission antenna 2 emits a transmission wave. A signal conversion part 24 performs equivalent time sampling in a reception signal which is acquired by a receiver circuit 23 via a reception antenna 3, and converts the reception signal from an analog signal into a digital signal. A signal determination processing part 25 determines whether noise is included in waveform data of a reception wave. The signal determination processing part 25 calculates a fluctuation in a rate of change of the waveform data on the received wave after the equivalent time sampling, and determines contamination of abnormality data due to a disturbance wave if the fluctuation in the rate of change is steep. Therefore, even if the power of the reception pulse is weak, the disturbing signal is reliably discriminated from the received signal from the original detection object so that the radar measurement accuracy is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
