<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid device simplifying and miniaturizing a device configuration and capable of changing over a fluid feeding direction. <P>SOLUTION: In this fluid device 1, a piezoelectric pump 12A generating a flow in a predetermined direction in an internal flow passage and a piezoelectric pump 12B generating a flow in a direction opposite to the flow in the predetermined direction generated by the piezoelectric pump 12A in the internal flow passage, are provided inside of a casing 11 formed with the internal flow passage which bi-directionally allows free ventilation and free passage of liquid.
