VAPORIZE ENTHALPY COOLING TURBOCHARGER

PURPOSE: A vaporization enthalpy cooling turbocharger is provided to reduce the total amount of heat exchange of a boiler using seawater for cooling purpoases. CONSTITUTION: A vaporization enthalpy cooling turbocharger comprises a water jacket tubule(19), a socket(18) and a pipe loop assembly(20). Seawater is transferred through both end parts of the water jacket tubule. The water jacket tubule is round ring shape. Multiple through-holes are formed in the socket to fix the water jacket tubule. The pipe loop assembly comprises a seawater cooling water inlet check valve(22) and seawater cooling water outlet check valve(23). Joints are formed within the through-hole of the socket. The seawater cooling water inlet check valve controls the seawater transfer and the flow rate at the joint.
