摘要 Hydraulic device for un/winding of plastic pipes, electrical and telecommunication cables, which involves coupling with the machine mount (1), to which the unit head is attached (2), whose main function is to pressure hydraulic oil, which through the hydraulic pipes (12 ) and (13), in standby mode and rotation mode of device operates on the receiving hydraulic mechanisms (6a), which by its primary catchers (7) and secondary catchers (8) accept the tube bundles, or at the hydraulic cylinder (39), which over fist (42) and wedge (41) affects additional panel (40) and thus perform fixing of wooden spools (43) with cables (44), to make possible in process of work, device with the attached bundle of tubes or wooden spool (43) by power of hydraulic of excavators, by coupling (1 ) set up in several different positions depending on the route situation. To make the process of described unwinding after acceptance and tightening of rubes/pipes done, quick joints are included, compatible with the diameter of pipes or cables, including front joints (27), that sets frontal part of pipe or cable to the starting position of the infrastructure building, and fix it to the ground in order to create a resistance to device, required to start procedure of winding, then medium fast joints (28), the final end of unwounded pipes or cables fix to one of 4 branches of devices and thereby prevents rotation of the bundles of pipes or wooden spools (43) in the opposite direction, caused by stiffness of plastic from which they have been made, and the final quick joints (29) which serves to connect the end of unwinded tubes or cables to the starting point of a new hold in the most favorable position for a permanent connection of rubes into a single pipeline, with permanent joints, with quick joints (28) and (29) used in further process of unwinding, whereas the initial quick joints (27), only used for starting position of pipeline. In process of winding pipes or cables, medium speed of joints (28) is used to connect pipe or cable combined with a branch of device (5) in order to keep pipes or cables in process of winding, close one to another continuously close to hydraulic receptional mechanisms (6a) until the end of winding, after which the medium fast joint (28) release from pipes or cables and from device branches (5) and the newly-wrapped bundle gets disposed. To enable winding as well as unwinding of cables or pipes, which extends the functionality of device on agriculture, the sector of irrigation and fire fighting, the device includes a hydro-engine (23) which function is to perform rotation of the device head (2) and the main plate (4) with a receptional mechanisms (6a) or an extra plate (40) and hydraulic cylinders (39), which enables winding. The role of hydro-engines is also a braking of rotation on device in process of unwinding so that the manual valve (36) provide muffled oil circulation within the hydro-engine (23) so that it occurs damping (braking) of rotation that is from hydro-engine (23) to the unit head (2) transmitted through the cogwheel (31) and (3) thereby prevent uncontrolled rotation of bundle of pipes or wooden spools (43) with cables (44) in the opposite direction of unwinding, caused by stiffness of plastic from which the tubes are made, and retention of arranged pipes close to the device with a cable reel (43) in each moment of unwinding process, whether machine-carrier is moving or for some reason, conditioned by terrain, stops moving in process of winding. For a variety profile of pipes or cables, a different damping force rotation / brake / is required, that can be achieved by handy valve (36), which has a numerated handle (37) in order to achieve different damping due to the profile of pipes or cables or the external air temperature, because at lower temperatures, pipes and cables are becoming more rigid and take up a stronger damping of the device rotation. Since the device can make un/winding of cables without wooden spools (43), it has great ecological significance, because its use avoids the need for production and use of wooden spools (43) for cables (44), thus avoiding the unnecessary cutting of timber in forests necessary for production of spools, (43) and transportational costs.
