The present invention relates to a magnetic-nanoparticle/platinum-nanoparticle/porous-carbon composite and to a method for preparing same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a magnetic-nanoparticle/platinum-nanoparticle/porous-carbon composite and to a method for preparing same, wherein the composite can be used as a substitute for peroxidase in an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), biosensors or color diagnosis sensors which use enzymes. The method for preparing the magnetic-nanoparticle/platinum-nanoparticle/porous-carbon composite comprises: (a) a step of fixing magnetic nanoparticles to porous carbons to prepare a magnetic-nanoparticle/porous-carbon composite; and (b) a step of fixing platinum nanoparticles to the magnetic-nanoparticle/porous-carbon composite to prepare a magnetic-nanoparticle/platinum-nanoparticle/porous-carbon composite. According to the present invention, the magnetic-nanoparticle/platinum-nanoparticle/porous-carbon composite exhibits high activity as peroxidase which is remarkably improved as compared to conventional composites in which magnetic nanoparticles are used alone. Therefore, the composite of the present invention can be fixed alone or together with an organic enzyme, and used as a highly sensitive inorganic signal inducer. The composite of the present invention has the effects of high-sensitivity color diagnosis on the material serving as an objective substrate for enzymes, and is reusable and thus economically advantageous. |
