PURPOSE: An RMS(Richmedia Messaging Service) apparatus is provided to make a richmedia message for supplying an RMS in an IPTV and a mobile environment and reproduce the richmedia message. CONSTITUTION: A receiver(210) receives one or more RMS templates from an RMS provider server. A content generator(220) generates one or more RMS contents by adding image information, voice information, or character information based on one or more RMS templates. A reproducing unit(230) receives and reproduces one or more RMS contents.
