PURPOSE: A soundproof wall is provided to ensure rigidity to bear sufficient wind pressure, enhance productivity, reduce a manufacturing cost, enable easy installation using an existing post without replacing the existing post, and enhance look. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof wall comprises an H beam(10), a soundproof plate(20), and at least one fixing member. Posts are installed on a basic retaining wall at regular intervals. The soundproof wall is inserted into the H beam. The soundproof plate comprises a plate(22), a lower frame(24), vertical frames(26), a corner block(28), and a support member(200). The plate is formed from a transparent or opaque glass material or an acryl plate. The lower end of the plate is inserted into the lower frame. Both vertical units of the plate are inserted into the vertical frames. The corner block couples both ends of the lower frame to the lower end of each vertical frame.
