PURPOSE: A system and method for preventing accident and danger using a terminal are provided to prevent a protection target from being in an accident or being exposed to danger. CONSTITUTION: A protected mobile device(10) receives conversation content. If it is determined as dangerous ability exists through direct content input or content analysis, the protected mobile device transmits the conversation content to a protector terminal(40) or security service center(30). The protector terminal or the security service center determines whether crime possibility exists or not by analyzing the transmitted conversion content. If the crime possibility is determined according to the determined result, the protector terminal or the security service center request related information transmission and help with the preset help destination.
