PURPOSE: A dynamic self configuring overlays is provided to dynamically establishes the overlay of a computer network by using the result of a metadata discovery. CONSTITUTION: A node within a computer network forms a hyper cube including hyper cube metadata which is stored in the memory of the node. The node exchanges the hyper cube metadata with a neighboring node. The exchange of hyper cube metadata which is stored in a second memory of the neighboring node is triggered. If a query is received from a node within the computer network, a metadata discovery uses the hyper cube metadata. An overlay is established by using the result of a metadata discovery. |
