FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of extra pure substances. First, 20-50 mm-fraction quartz pieces with SiO2 content of 99.99% are preprocessed by thermal crushing followed by sieving, radiometric purification, deep separation of produced concentrate by magnetic, electromagnetic and electrostatic methods, as well as gravity treatment and acid etching. Finishing of 0.1-0.4 mm-fraction quartz concentrate to extra pure concentrate at structural level is conducted by plasma chemical method and ultrasound cleaning. ^ EFFECT: content of impurities reduced to 10-20 ppm, less pronounced impact on ecology. ^ 3 tbl, 4 dwg |
