摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an air conditioning and refrigerating method capable of attaining the maximum energy saving effect with the minimum energy cost for global warming preventive measures. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the cooling auxiliary member for enhancing the cooling and refrigerating effect using the heat of vaporization by the transpiration as follows. A functional complex solution is prepared by dissolving a sodium complex having several kinds of carboxyl groups as ligands and several kinds of stabilizer. A member obtained by impregnating a fibrous material with the functional complex solution, or coating a metal, a plastic or a ceramic with the functional complex solution, is formed into net-like shape or chip-like shape. The net or the chip is attached to a suction filter of the air conditioning and refrigerating device. Air is activated by resonant electromagnetic wave in a far-infrared range emitted from the net or the chip to separate hydrogen bond of water in moisture in the air passed through the filter. Hydrogen bond of a water molecule in the water stuck to the inside of the air conditioning and refrigerating device is separated by terahertz resonant electromagnetic wave emitted from the activated air to promote the transpiration of the water vapor to the activated air. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
