PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermented and dried vegetable material for immunostimulation and transition inhibition, a pharmaceutical composition containing the same, a method for preparing the same, and use of the dried material in producing food supplements and pharmaceutical compositions for immunostimulation and transition inhibition.

SOLUTION: The material is obtained by fermenting wheat embryo in an aqueous medium in the presence of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and drying the fermented solution of the same.
