PURPOSE: A display device and a driving method thereof are provided to reduce electromagnetic interference due to clock transmission by including a timing controller. CONSTITUTION: In a display device and a driving method thereof, a master driving chip(510c) generates a reference clock. The master driving chip comprises the reference clock generating part(515) and generates the reference clock. The reference clock generating part transfers the reference clock to an error detection unit(511). A master driving chip comprises an LVDS converter(516) which LVDS-converts the reference clock. The LVDS converter transfers the LVDS converted reference clock to a slave driving chip.
