<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bonding film transfer sheet that can easily transfer a bonding film to a surface of a member, thereby easily bonding the member on which the bonding film is transferred and another member; and to provide a method of efficiently bonding the two members by using the bonding film transfer sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The bonding film transfer sheet 1a is used for transferring the bonding film 3 to an adherend 5a and has: a base material 2a; and the bonding film 3 provided on one surface of the base material. Detachability is provided to the base material 2a and bonding film 3.The bonding film 3 comprises: an Si skeleton having an atomic structure containing siloxane (Si-O) bond; and a leaving group bonding to the Si skeleton and configured by an organic group. By applying energy to at least part of a region of the bonding film 3, the leaving group is detached from the Si skeleton and adhesiveness is developed on the bonding film 3.
