<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent visibility defect resulting from misregistration and also prevent visibility defect resulting from an exchange process performed to prevent visibility decrease resulting from misregistration. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes: a separate-printing processing section 111 for forming a print image for each of predetermined colors from an input image; a boundary extraction processing section 112 for extracting the boundary between an object included in one print image and an object included in the other print image; a boundary line processing section 113 for performing an exchange process in which the color values of pixels opposite to each other across the boundary on the print image that has the boundary; and an output engine 7 for combining and outputting the point images subjected to the exchange process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
