<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a molded rice cooking pot which includes carbon aggregate which controls distortion formed by violent and mutual touching of both graphite particles produced immediately after filling of molding materials, can control damage such as wear of mold, while stabilizing quality by securing stable flow, and as a result can control crack generation near the inlet which are generated when molding or surface layer peeling of the molding during formwork removal. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a molded rice cooking pot which includes carbon aggregate, is to obtain molding by filling up molding materials which is mix of the phenol resin non-cured object into a carbon grain, into the mold by setting up a gate at the bottom center part of the rice cooking pot. In the method for manufacturing a molded rice cooking pot which includes carbon aggregate, cone-like projection for guiding molding material is formed in a position of the bottom center part of the molding, and molding obtained with injection molding using mold which arranged pin to outlet of gate ejected from top part of cone-like projection, and the molding obtained by injection molding using the mold which arranges a pin to the outlet of the gate ejected from the top part of the cone-like projection is obtained by carrying out baking process at high temperature of non-oxygen atmosphere. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
