<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight, compact and power-less pack seal machine which is carried by a single hand, and moved to a requested place, and capable of immediately sealing a container storing food by using a seal tape at a cooking place in a store or over a counter. <P>SOLUTION: A base body 1 constituting the pack seal machine includes a tape fitting unit 3 for fitting a winding reel 60 of a seal tape 6 so as to be turnable, a grip 4 for the single-handed operation, a guide body 5 in the direction of the terminating side 13 of a container disposed close to one side edge 11 of the base body 1, a tape pressing unit 7 disposed closer to the terminating side 13 of the base body 1 than that of the guide body 5, a tape cutting blade body 8 further disposed at the terminating side 13, and a tape folding body 9 for guiding the seal tape 6 pulled out of the winding reel 60 toward the tape pressing unit 7 from an intermediate portion in its width direction in a folding shape in the V-shaped section.
